اتهامات مورد استناد عبارتند از:

• مشارکت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم در کشتار هزاران شهروند ایرانی از دهه ۶۰ تا به امروز، از جمله کشتار زندانیان سیاسی در سال ۱۳۶۷؛

• صدور دستور یا سکوت در برابر سرکوب‌های خشن اعتراضات مردمی از جمله کوی دانشگاه ۷۸، جنبش سبز ۸۸، دی‌ماه ۹۶، آبان ۹۸، و جنبش “زن، زندگی، آزادی”؛

• نقض سیستماتیک حقوق بشر، از طریق بازداشت، شکنجه و آزار فعالان مدنی، روزنامه‌نگاران، و اقلیت‌های قومی و مذهبی از جمله بهائیان، کردها، عرب‌ها، و اهل سنت؛

• مسئولیت در فساد گسترده و اختلاس‌های عظیم در ساختار حکومت؛

• نابودی محیط زیست ایران از طریق سوءمدیریت منابع آب، تخریب جنگل‌ها و از بین بردن زیست‌بوم‌ها؛

• گروگان‌گیری اتباع دو تابعیتی برای اهداف سیاسی و مالی؛

• سرکوب آزادی بیان و سانسور رسانه‌ها و اینترنت؛

• بستن قراردادهای پنهانی و بدون تایید ملت ایران با دولت‌های چین و روسیه؛

• مسئول مستقیم گماردن قاسم سلیمانی، فرمانده نیروی قدس سپاه پاسداران، که به‌عنوان یک ابرتروریست، مسئول قتل دست‌کم ۶۰۰ پرسنل ارتش ایالات متحده آمریکا با بمب‌های کنار جاده‌ای در عراق شناخته شده است.

این جایزه به فرد یا گروهی تعلق خواهد گرفت که با ارائه مدارک معتبر و همکاری مؤثر، منجر به بازداشت فیزیکی خامنه‌ای و تحویل او به مرجع قضایی صالح شوند.

مراحل پرداخت جایزه توسط هیأتی مستقل و معتبر حقوقی و مالی تضمین خواهد شد.

با دستگیری  سید علی خامنه ای، جنگ به پایان می‌رسد، دیکتاتوری فرو می‌پاشد، و مسیر برای آزادی، عدالت و آبادی ایران گشوده می‌شود.

 

 

 

Announcement of a $100 Million Reward for the Capture of Ali Khamenei

 

In light of over four decades of brutal repression, systemic corruption, betrayal of national interests, and crimes against the people of Iran, a coalition of freedom-seeking Iranians inside and outside the country hereby announces a $100 million (USD) reward for the capture and delivery of Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to a competent international tribunal or a national court in a free Iran

 

Charges against Khamenei include, but are not limited to

Direct or indirect responsibility for the mass killing of thousands of Iranian citizens, including the 1988 massacre of political prisoners;

Ordering or condoning the violent suppression of peaceful protests, including the 1999 student movement, 2009 Green Movement, December 2017, November 2019, and the 2022 “Woman, Life, Freedom” uprising;

Widespread human rights violations, including the imprisonment, torture, and persecution of civil activists, journalists, and ethnic and religious minorities such as Baháʼís, Kurds, Arabs, and Sunnis;

Oversight and complicity in massive state corruption and financial embezzlement;

Destruction of Iran’s environment, including the depletion of water resources, deforestation, and the collapse of ecosystems;

Hostage-taking of dual nationals as part of state policy;

Censorship and suppression of free speech, including restrictions on media, internet access, and civil liberties;

Signing secret and illegitimate agreements with the governments of China and Russia without public transparency or parliamentary approval;

Direct responsibility for appointing Qassem Soleimani as commander of the Quds Force, who is widely recognized as a top-tier terrorist responsible for the deaths of at least 600 U.S. military personnel in Iraq through the use of roadside bombs (IEDs).

 

The reward will be granted to any individual or group that, with credible evidence and effective cooperation, facilitates the physical apprehension of Ali Khamenei and his transfer to a legitimate court of justice

 

The disbursement of the reward will be guaranteed and handled transparently by an independent legal and financial board

 

With the capture of this man, the war will end, the dictatorship will collapse, and the path toward freedom, justice, and the rebuilding of Iran will finally begin
